I need a hot key to bring up the 'print preview' so I can restrict the printing to specific pages and not the junk that I don't want. I'm tired of wasting paper when a job prints pages of hidden text. The print preview icon is just a short cut to get to the print preview page. This page shows you have the printed paper itself will look, with out and proofreader marks or anything along those lines.

When I press PrtSc (by itself), the screen does NOT dim, but the screenshot is saved to the screenshot folder (in Pictures) on OneDrive. When I press Window + PrtSc, the screen DOES dim, and the screenshot is saved to the Screenshot folder (in Pictures) on my local PC. Since I was expecting the screen to dim when I pressed PrtSc, I assumed the screenshot was not being saved. When I opened my Screenshot folder (from Quick Access), I was looking at the Screenshots on my local PC, and this latest Screenshot did not appear there.
Thanks for your reply. Uncle Boo 605.
